Millar Management has always ensured that as a facility progresses from a construction project into an operational facility that the occupants are familiar with the design principles allowing the Client to start to benefit from the new facility at the earliest possible time.
Process Engineering
Many facilities are often designed with little thought as to the most efficient use by either the operation or the passengers. Millar Management seeks to understand required processes and facility design to ensure operational processes are tuned to be the most efficient providing harmony between the built facility and operation.
